How do I buy credits?
Message us on WhatsApp with the number of credits you want. After payment, the credits are added to your reseller account.
How much does an activation cost?
1 year = 1 credit, lifetime = 2.5 credits. The price of a credit depends on how many you buy at once (see the table).
A customer’s year is over: what now?
Activate their Device ID again: one more year is added for 1 credit. You can also move them to lifetime for 2.5 credits.
Do my customers get a free trial?
Yes. Every new device gets a 7-day trial with every feature.
Does ZapZap TV include channels?
No. ZapZap TV is a player only. Your customers use the playlist from their own provider.
