Does ZapZap TV include channels?
No. ZapZap TV is a player. It does not provide, sell or host any content. You need an Xtream Codes or M3U playlist from your own provider.
What happens after the free trial?
The app offers to activate your license. Send your Device ID on WhatsApp, choose 1 year (€7) or lifetime (€13), and the device is activated within minutes.
Where is my Device ID?
In the app, on the activation screen or in Settings › License. It looks like A1:B2:C3:D4:E5:F6.
I changed devices. Do I pay again?
No. Contact us on WhatsApp and we move your license to the new device.
Which devices are supported?
Android TV, Google TV, Fire TV Stick, Android phones and tablets, and Windows 10 and 11 computers.
Are my logins safe?
Yes. They are stored encrypted on your device. A playlist sent from this website is encrypted in your browser, and only your device can open it.
